続報 : チケット払い戻しのお知らせ

平素より『hololive production』ならびに『「hololive SUPER EXPO 2022 & hololive 3rd fes. Link Your Wish Supported By ヴァイスシュヴァルツ」』(以下、本公演)をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

先日2022年2月28日に発表させていただきました本公演の出演者の変更※に伴う、希望者への現地チケット・配信チケットの払い戻しの詳細を、以下にて記載いたします。
※潤羽るしあの出演取りやめ

＜現地チケットローソンチケット(ALL AREA / EXPO / 3rd fes.)＞

【払い戻し受付期間】
2022年3月25日(金)昼12:00 ～ 2022年4月8日(金)23:59
※公演終了後の受付となりますこと、予めご了承ください。

【備考】
※払い戻し受付の際には、電子チケットを使用されていない(もぎられていない)ことが条件となります。
払い戻しを希望なさるお客様は、電子チケットを受け取らない、もしくは受け取ってもご自身でもぎらないようご注意ください。
チケットがもぎられていた場合は払い戻しができかねます。

※なお、チケットを分配された場合でも、払い戻しは購入された代表者様宛に実施させていただきますので、予めご了承ください。

※個別対応は出来かねます。予めご了承ください。払い戻し受付方法・返金方法は払い戻し受付開始日2022年3月25日(金)にローソンチケットより、チケットをお申込みいただいたメールアドレスへメールをお送りしますのでご確認ください。払い戻しにはメールに記載された受付番号、チケットの予約番号、お申し込み時の電話番号が必要になります。

With the recent announcement on February 28, 2022 of the change to the event’s cast*, please find the details listed below regarding obtaining a refund for those who request one.

* The cancellation of Uruha Rushia’s performance.

<Attendee Tickets: Lawson Ticket (ALL AREA / EXPO / 3rd fes.)>

[Refundable Ticket Types]
– EXPO DAY 1 / DAY 2
– 3rd fes. DAY 2
– ALL AREA DAY 2

[Refund Period]
12 PM, Friday, March 25th, 2022 to 11:59 PM, Friday, April 8, 2022. (JST)
* Please note that refunds will commence after the event has concluded.

[Notes]
* E-tickets must not have been used (redeemed) in order for a refund to be accepted.
Customers who wish to receive the refund are advised to not claim an e-ticket, or to not redeem their ticket if they have already claimed it.
No refunds will be made if tickets have been redeemed.

* Please note that even if a ticket has been transferred to another customer, refunds will be made to the original purchaser of the ticket.

* Individual support is not available. Customers will receive an email from Lawson Ticket on Friday, March 25, 2022 with information on how to receive your refund. To receive a refund, you will be required to supply the processing number in said email, your ticket reservation number, and the phone number you used when you applied for the ticket.

* Refunds will be made using the money transfer service CASH POST.
Refunds will be made using the CASH POST service provided by the FSA-overseen money transfer company econtext (Registration number: Kanto FSA Office 00030).
Please ensure that the information you provided is correct. Incorrect entries will not be refunded and cannot be reapplied for.

② Enter “Request for Net Ticket Refund” (ネットチケット払い戻し希望と) in the form, and click “Next”.
