Announcement Regarding Ticket Resale

For customers who purchased a ticket but can no longer attend the event due to personal reasons, we are offering a "resale" service, in which ticket ownership will be transferred at a fixed price after deducting the commission fee.

• This service does not guarantee the refund of your ticket, as the transfer of ticket ownership will only happen if there are ticket applications. Please note that resale may not be completed, resulting in the remaining tickets in your possession.

Precautions

• 3-Day Passes are not available for this event. Please purchase DAY1, DAY2, and DAY3 tickets if you wish to attend all three days.
• We will be handing out TIME WARP Clear Bands as entry gifts at the entrance. However, anyone who enters the venue free of charge will not receive an entry gift.
• On the day of the event, a wristband will be handed out.
• A maximum of 2 tickets can be purchased per person.

We are selling fast tickets to prevent patrons from waiting at or entering the venue at night.
Patrons will be granted priority entry when doors open (from 9:00).
Please confirm the time of arrival on your ticket and be sure to arrive at the venue by the designated time between 7:20 - 8:30 AM.

*This event requires you to have a separate hololive SUPER EXPO 2026 admission ticket. You will not be able to purchase a ticket nor attend this event without one.
*One person may apply for up to 2 tickets for per date.
*Please carefully check all terms and conditions before purchasing a ticket as we cannot provide a refund for tickets purchased by mistake.

*Fast tickets have no additional benefits besides priority entry into the venue.

Precautions

• Patrons with fast tickets will be granted priority entry into the venue when doors open (9:00) from the block time written on one’s ticket.
• Blocks will consist of 100 to 200 people. There is no number to determine the order of entry on the tickets. Entry will be first come, first served for each block. To ensure a smooth entry process, we have implemented block-by-block entry.
• Please be aware that depending on the block, priority entry may be right before general admission.
• Fast tickets will be accepted at the dedicated wristband exchange point. Details about the location of the wristband exchange point will be provided at a later date.
• Meeting/reception times will differ depending on your block between 7:20 - 8:30 AM.
• Please make sure to double check your block details on your ticket and arrive by the designated time.
• If you do not arrive by your designated block check-in time, you will need to wait until after the final block of fast ticket patrons have checked in before we can check your ticket.
• If you do not arrive at the venue by the end of the fast ticket cut-off time, then you will need to line up with general admission patrons, without exception.

*You must have a separate hololive SUPER EXPO 2026 admission ticket to attend this event. You will not be able to purchase a cosplay ticket nor attend this event without one.
*One person may apply for up to 2 tickets for each attraction per day.
*Please note that tickets for the male and female changing rooms are different for each day of the event.
*Please carefully check all of the cosplay terms and conditions on the event website before purchasing a ticket as we cannot provide a refund for tickets purchased by mistake.

Precautions

• You may need to wait to enter the changing room/cloakroom when it is crowded.
• Everyone, regardless of age, will need a 1-Day Cosplay Ticket to cosplay inside the venue at this event.
• Anyone accompanying you into the changing room must also have a 1-Day Cosplay Ticket.
• Please return to the changing rooms before the end of the event (6:00 PM). Please leave plenty of time when returning and changing clothes as the changing rooms will be congested right before the event concludes.
• Cosplaying within the EXPO venue is possible until 5:30 PM, so cosplayers and photographers must not remain in the photography area after this time.
