Distribution Method

• Numbered tickets will be distributed for the same day only. Please note that tickets for other days will not be distributed.
• Each person may receive one ticket per day.
• Distribution is on a first-come, first-served basis and will end once all available tickets have been distributed.
• Please be sure to arrive by the assembly time stated on your numbered ticket. Please note that arrivals later than 10 minutes before the session start time will be treated as canceled.

Note: Each workshop session is scheduled to last approximately one hour, and leaving partway through is not permitted. Please receive a ticket only if you are able to attend the full session.

About the Waiting List

• A standby line for cancellations is planned.
• For each session, from 10 minutes before the start time, available seats due to cancellations will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The waiting list does not guarantee participation. Please note that you may not be able to join even if you line up.

Notes

• Numbered tickets cannot be reissued. Please take care not to lose your ticket.
• Resale or transfer of numbered tickets is not permitted. If any violation is found, participation may be refused.
• Distribution location and method are subject to change depending on the situation on the day. Please follow staff instructions when queuing and moving.
• Photography is allowed only at the end of each session. We appreciate your understanding that no photos may be taken until the session has finished.
