EXPO 2026 & 7th fes. Advanced Sales for Venue Pick-up

Order Period: February 19th, 8 PM – February 26th, 11:59 PM (JST)

* There are limited quantities for advanced sales for venue pick-up, and sales will end once the quantity limit has been reached, even within the sales period.
* There is a limit to the available pick-up time slots. Once the maximum number of pick-ups for each time slot is reached, we will close the time slot.
* Advanced venue pick-up for applies to customers who have tickets for the respective days of either EXPO 2026 or 7th fes.

EXPO 2026 & 7th fes. On-Site Merchandise Sales

Order Period: March 6th 9 AM – March 8th 6 PM

* Applicable for customers who have tickets for the respective dates of EXPO 2026 or 7th fes.
* Please consider purchasing merchandise in advance as products that are out of stock from pre-event sales or pre-orders may not be available on the days of the event.
* There will not be a set allocation for the number of each product to be sold on each day of the event. Stock will be limited, so please understand that some products may sell out.

EXPO 2026 & 7th fes. Post-Event Online Sales

Order Period: March 6th 12 PM – April 27th 6 PM

* Customers who do not have the tickets for EXPO 2026 or 7th fes. may also purchase from the post-event sales.
* Certain merchandise may not be available for the post-event online sales.
* There may be limited quantities for certain items, which may be sold out during the sales period if the limit has been reached.
* Orders from the post-event sales are expected to ship out in late September 2026.

• All prices are inclusive of tax.
• The prices or designs of merch may change without prior notice, or sales may halt altogether.
• We do not accept exchanges or returns other than defective products. If you have received a defective product, please contact us through the form on the product page.
• Please note that there may be high traffic at the start of the online sales, which may affect access to the website.
• Announcements regarding any product or sales changes will be made on this website and our official X.

Advanced merch sales will be held on the hololive production OFFICIAL SHOP.
If you are attending the EXPO 2026 or 7th fes., we highly recommend purchasing from the advanced sales.
* Please understand that as the market area will be congested on the event days, you may not be able to collect your order or make your purchase before the concert.

About the applicable merch for the advanced sales

• The merch purchased during the advanced sales will be sent out in advance as well and is scheduled to arrive before the start of the event.
• The hololive 7th fes. Ridin’ on Dreams Essentials Pack is limited to advanced sales only.
• If you purchase the hololive 7th fes. Ridin’ on Dreams Essentials Pack during the advanced sales period, you will receive a Logo Keychain as a purchase bonus.
• Advanced merch sales are limited in quantity and will end once the amount is reached, even if it is still during the order period.
• The advanced shipping event merch cannot be purchased together with other items. If you would like to purchase made-to-order merch, please purchase them separately.

* Shipping fees will be incurred for each order. Please note that shipping fees cannot be combined with other orders.
