EXPO 2026 & 7th fes. Advanced Sales for Venue Pick-up

The Advanced Sales for Venue Pick-up will be sold on the hololive official Mobile Order “holocart.”
When you purchase from the advanced sales, you may collect your items at the venue pick-up window at your requested time.

* The web browser version of holocart is currently under renewal maintenance. The app version is no longer in service.
* You are required to create a new account to use the browser version of holocart.
* Please note that there may be high traffic on the day sales begin, and we highly recommend registering your member information and verifying your hololive account in advance.
* In addition to the product price, a processing fee will apply. Please check the confirmation screen for details.
* You may pick-up your product on 6th, 7th, or 8th March.
* Please note that venue pick-up is only available to customers with tickets for the EXPO 2026 & 7th fes. on the corresponding days.
* In the event customers who do not have a ticket make a purchase, orders will be canceled and refunded. No notifications will be sent beforehand.

  • Venue order pick-up will be limited to the person who placed the order.
  • We cannot add/remove purchases or change the design or size at the order pick-up counter.
  • When receiving your order, please confirm that the order details match the product you receive (such as type, size, quantity, etc.) with the staff over the counter. We will not be able to assist with inquiries after you leave the sales area.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges other than defective products.
  • There are no charging facilities available at the venue. We are also unable to lend charging devices, so please ensure that you are fully prepared.

About the applicable merch for the on-site merchandise sales


  • The waiting line for advanced sales for venue pick-up orders made through holocart and event sales will be separated.
  • Inventory for on-site sales is limited for every item and is not replenished each day of the event. Sales of a particular item will conclude once stocks run out.
  • Items that have sold out at the advanced sales for venue pick-up may also sell out during the event.
  • Stocks for event sales are more limited than stocks for advanced sales for venue pick-up. Please use the advanced sales for venue pick-up as much as possible to help alleviate congestion.

How to purchase: On-Site Sales Numbered Tickets


  • We will distribute digital numbered tickets at the venue on each day of the event.
  • Numbered tickets will be handed out at the 【Central Mall (2F)】
  • Handing Out of Numbered Tickets: From 7:30 AM
  • Numbered tickets are not required for those who are using holocart.
  • Please note that numbered tickets will only be handed out to those who have received their wristbands.
* We will use attendees’ smartphones to issue a numbered ticket.
* Distribution of numbered tickets may end even if items are still available.
* Even if you have a numbered ticket, stocks will deplete while waiting in line, and items may be sold out before your turn. As such, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to purchase your desired items.

* Depending on the congestion at the purchase counters, we may resume distributing numbered tickets or directing customers to the waiting line. We will provide updates through our official X.


【How to Use】
1. Scan the QR code for on-site sales numbered tickets at the venue.
* Please make sure to use your camera app when scanning the QR code, and issue the numbered ticket in your phone’s browser. If you open it using private mode or a code-scanning app, then the browser history will not be saved, and the ticket may disappear.
2. When your number has been issued on your smartphone, please proceed to the reception desk.
* Your device will be stamped at reception. Any numbered tickets that are not stamped at reception will be deemed invalid.
3. Please check the ticket page regularly to see whether your number has been called.
4. Once your number has been called, please go to the Market Area and present your ticket.

Terms & Conditions


  • Numbered tickets will not be reissued.
  • In the event that there are too many people registered for the Market Area, your numbered ticket may not be called before the Market Area closes. In this case, your ticket will be deemed invalid, and you will not be able to enter the Market Area. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
  • You may be let into the Market Area in a different order than the number on your ticket depending on how patrons are queuing. Once your number is called, please promptly make your way to the Market Area.
  • If the Market Area is not too congested during any given day, we may stop issuing numbered tickets and allow entry without a ticket.
  • No more than one numbered ticket will be issued per person at one time. If you wish to receive multiple numbered tickets, you will need to line up once again. In addition, multiple tickets on the same device will need to be opened in a new browser. Please be aware that if you cannot open a new browser, your first numbered ticket will be overridden by your second one.
  • There are no charging facilities available at the venue. We are also unable to lend charging devices, so please ensure that you are fully prepared.

【How to Use】
1. Access the URL above, add your desired items to your cart, and create a unique QR code.
* Each purchase requires its own QR code. Please note that patrons may not use multiple QR codes. If you wish to add items to your cart after you have generated a QR code for your purchase, please create a new code, and present the latest code to staff.
* Items cannot be changed once a QR code has been created.

2. Please present your QR code to staff at the entrance to the on-site sales section of the Market Area.
3. Once you are handed a number by staff, please proceed to the register to purchase your items.
* The merchandise ordering system does not guarantee product availability. Any items in your cart that are sold out will not be purchasable.
* Information regarding sold out items may not be up to date. Even if you are able to add an item to your cart, it does not guarantee that it will be available at the register.
* Please do not refresh the webpage when using the merchandise ordering system as an error will occur.

* The merchandise ordering system will only be in Japanese.
* We will hand out hard copies of the order form to those who do not have a smartphone or tablet, so please ask a staff member around the entrance to the Market Area if you need one.

We accept payment via cash, credit card, or QR code payment.
* Multiple methods of payments cannot be used in the same transaction.
* We will only accept one-time credit card payments.
* Prepaid cards will not be accepted unless they have a credit function and is able to be used as a credit card.
* We may not accept credit cards despite being from an accepted issuer if they are a co-branded credit card, etc.
* We may stop accepting electronic payments and only accept cash if there are signal issues or high levels of congestion.
* We cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds once you leave the point of sale.
