This service is available only to customers who have an admission ticket for the corresponding day of hololive SUPER EXPO 2026.
If the date on your ticket does not match the receipt date indicated on your preorder, please note that you will not be able to receive your item(s).

*Note that the holocart service (https://cart.hololivepro.com/) has been updated to be a browser-based service. The app version of holocart has been discontinued and is no longer supported.
*It will be necessary to register a new account on the browser version of holocart.

• Select a time slot for pickup when ordering, then come to the pickup window at the indicated time to pick up your order. Please ensure the day and time are both correct, as orders cannot be received outside the scheduled time slot.
• Pickup time slots are limited, and once the capacity for a given time slot is reached, it will no longer be available to select.
• Please ensure you select a time slot in which you can pick up your order, and please understand that arriving late at the pickup window may result in delayed receipt of that order.
• Within the order period, it may be possible to change your requested time slot as needed, depending on availability.
• Ordered items may not be changed or canceled after an order has been confirmed.
• Additional items can be purchased for pickup after an order has been confirmed. (Within the preorder timeframe; limited to items in stock.)
• If additional items are purchased, they can be picked up together during your previously selected pickup time slot.

*Up to one time slot for each day may be requested per user account for orders placed through holocart.
*Please note that fully booked time slots and unavailable items may become available again at any time depending on customer reservation and pickup status changes.
*Also note that preorder items that go out of stock during the preorder period may not be available for purchase on the day of the event.

Receiving Items Preordered Through holocart

Please prepare the following (①) and present it at the pickup window during your reserved time slot. Your order cannot be fulfilled without providing this information, so please be certain to have it with you on the day of pickup.

①The QR code for item pickup issued upon order confirmation (available on holocart アカウントページ (Account Page) > 開場受取メニュー (Venue Pickup Menu))

*Only the individual who placed the order may pick it up at the venue.
*Please confirm with the vendor at the time of pickup that the contents, amount, bonus gifts, etc. of the item(s) you received match the item(s) ordered. All sales are considered final after departing the vendor area; any claims made beyond that point cannot be addressed.

• If an order is placed by a customer without an admission ticket for the specified pickup day, the order will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
• Pregnant women are advised to exercise caution when consuming any items made with butterfly peaflower syrup.

• There are no charging stations available at the venue, and staff will not be able to provide charging cables or equipment. Please ensure your device is sufficiently charged before arriving.
• Any changes or updates pertaining to products or sales will be announced via the official website, official X account (formerly Twitter), and other official channels.
• The venue is expected to be extremely congested during operating hours. Please refrain from any actions that might cause discontent for other customers in the vicinity.
• Please follow the instructions of official staff on the day of the event. Those who are unwilling to do so may forfeit their eligibility to further participate in the event.
