Introduction
As with the EXPO2025, we will continue to offer advance sales for 1-Day Cosplay Tickets for 2026.
Please stay tuned for updates, including ticketing details, which will be announced in mid-January.
* Separate EXPO admission tickets are required.
To ensure event safety and security, masks or costumes that obscure the face and make identification difficult are prohibited (e.g., masks, disguises, helmets). Please also note that regulations may change prior to more detailed announcements.

How to Participate (Overall Procedures)
2. Details about the 1-Day Cosplay Ticket will be provided at a later date (scheduled for mid-January).
3: Please show your smartphone screen with your purchased electronic Cosplay Ticket to the staff at the entrance to the changing room.
4: Change your clothes in the designated changing room.
5: If you wish to change your clothes before you leave the event, please do so before it closes.
*You may only cosplay at this event if you change into your outfit in a designated changing room.
*Only those who have purchased a Cosplay Ticket can use the changing room/cloakroom.
* [Important] Please note that you will not be able to enter the changing room without an EXPO 2026 admission ticket, even if you have a Cosplay Ticket.
*You cannot cosplay at hololive 7th fes. Ridin’ on Dreams (hereinafter referred to as 7th fes.). You will also not be able to use the changing room/cloakroom with only a 7th fes. ticket.
About the 1-Day Cosplay Ticket

Please note that tickets are limited.
*You must have a separate EXPO 2026 admission ticket in order to use your Cosplay Ticket. You will not be able to purchase a Cosplay Ticket or attend this event without one.
Terms and Conditions
*You may need to wait to enter the changing room/cloakroom when it is crowded.
*Everyone, regardless of age, will need a 1-Day Cosplay Ticket to cosplay inside the venue at this event.
*Anyone accompanying you into the changing room must also have a 1-Day Cosplay Ticket.
*More details will be announced in mid-January.
Terms of Use ① When Attending this Event
- Please be sure to follow any instructions from staff.
- If you are unable to follow staff instructions, you may be asked to leave the event.
Terms of Use ② On the Day of the Event
Changing area
- You may only get changed into your cosplay using the designated changing rooms at the event venue.
- Changing into your cosplay in your vehicle is prohibited.
- Changing in the venue’s bathrooms is prohibited.
- Arriving at the venue in cosplay is prohibited.
Terms of Use ③ Costume
Costume Restrictions
- Please dress in accordance with the hololive production Derivative Works Guidelines. (https://www.hololive.tv/terms).
- You may only cosplay in an outfit/costume related to hololive production.
- Outfits using copyrighted IP from other companies are prohibited.
- Wearing costumes associated with professional authority (such as police or firefighter uniforms) is prohibited. However, it may be permitted if it is evident that the costume is a parody.
- For safety and security, masks or attire that conceal the face and prevent identification are prohibited (e.g., masks or helmets that obscure the face).
Skin Exposure
- Please refrain from wearing anything too revealing.
- We ask that female patrons not wear anything that exposes more than a third of their chest. Please wear outerwear if you are moving around in anything revealing.
- There are no specific restrictions on male patrons exposing their upper bodies, but please wear outerwear if you are moving around in anything too revealing.
See-Through Clothing
- Any see-through clothing that reveals undergarments is prohibited.
Clothing without undergarments is prohibited
- Nipple covers/pasties and adhesive silicon brassieres are also considered undergarments.
- Swimsuits are to be worn with a form of swimsuit support.
Clothing that exposes undergarments is prohibited
- This includes outfits where the undergarment is exposed through gaps in the clothing.
- Bra straps that are intentionally exposed as part of the costume are permitted.
- Safety shorts and petticoats will be considered part of your costume.
Self-Protection
- It is advised that you wear stockings or tights with short skirts or clothing that may reveal undergarments or expose excess skin when you bend down or crouch.
Prohibited Costumes
- Costumes that go against public order and morals, or public indecency.
- Costumes that significantly damage the image of a talent.
- COVER will not be responsible for any disadvantageous situations or accidents brought about by the nature or type of cosplay undertaken.
Prop Restrictions
- Props may not violate the Firearms Act or any other law or regulation.
- Only toy guns (air/gas/electric rifles, etc.) that cannot fire projectiles (with gas/batteries/bullets, etc. removed) may be used as props.
- Any prop over approximately 2 meters long and 1 meter wide is prohibited unless it can be disassembled when transported or not in use.
- Please be considerate of your surroundings and cover weapons or long props with a cloth when transporting them.

Permitted Phototaking Areas
- There will be designated cosplay areas for taking photographs inside the venue. We will provide more details about these areas at a later date.
- Please check the regulations on the EXPO 2026 information page, and be considerate of your surroundings when taking photos inside the EXPO 2026 venue.
Being Photographed
- Photography where the subject intentionally removes clothing or indecently exposes themselves is prohibited.
- You may refuse to have your photo taken at any time.
- If you have any issues or queries, please speak to the nearest staff member immediately.
When moving around the venue
- Please carry any part of your costume/clothing that drags along the ground when moving around.
- Please remove any part of your costume/clothing that may harm others when you move around.
Terms of Use ⑥ When Taking Photos during the Event
When participating in the event
- You will need an EXPO 2026 admission ticket to take photos.
When taking photos at the event
- Always obtain permission before photographing cosplayers.
- Any unauthorized or secret photography is strictly prohibited.
- Please be considerate of those around you when photographing a single individual for an extended period.
- Do not photograph anyone from an excessively low angle.
- Please refrain from taking close-up shots of anybody’s chest or other body parts.
- Do not force someone to provide their contact details.
- Only upload photos to the Internet or publish pictures in any media after obtaining permission from the individuals in the photo.
- Do not swing, throw, or kick anything when taking photos.
Prohibited Equipment
- Infra-red cameras, micro cameras, or any non-standard use equipment
- Telephoto lenses (with an excessive zoom)
- Any other equipment deemed inappropriate by staff
